Jane La Chance will be the feature this coming week at Story Space. Jane will take us to a magical city in southern Italy, where she has a motorcycle accident and somehow finds her way to a positive, if not absolutely ideal, ending in spite of it. You can count on Jane's stories to transport you in many, many ways.
The evening begins with an Open Mic at 7. Tellers will have eight minutes to try something new or retell an old favorite. First-time tellers are guaranteed a spot and listeners are always welcome. Jane's feature begins at about 8:15.
Our venue is close to Central Square, and the gallery has a wonderful creative spirit about it. A $5 donation is suggested, to ensure that the storytelling tradition on Tuesdays continues as it has for over twenty years.
